Job summary

OTT CREATION MARKETING in Malaysia is seeking a senior Electrical/Electronic Engineer to lead technical development, support customers, and drive design-ins across APAC. The role requires hands-on product development experience and collaboration with design and manufacturing teams.

You will build application solutions, review designs, create technical content, train staff, and participate in regional events.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the complete product development cycle, from design and prototyping through production and go-to-market.
• Strong understanding of schematics, Gerber files and PCB design.
• Experience in testing and debugging electronic products.
• Knowledge of embedded software development, including Python and Zephyr.
• Good understanding of microcontrollers, processors and emerging technologies.
• Knowledge of compliance testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Strong ownership, proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Able to manage projects across international time zones.
• Willing to travel regionally to support customers and events.

Responsibilities
