Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 5-8 years as Product Owner/PM on digital consumer products.
• Strong understanding of mobile app delivery and agile practices.
• Experience working with multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Balance customer value with delivery and operational realities.
• Clear communicator with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned consumer app journeys from problem definition to release.
• Translate customer and business needs into well-defined user stories and backlogs.
• Lead sprint planning, grooming, UAT, and release readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Drive intuitive, user-centric experiences across onboarding, login, account management, and service management.
• Manage dependencies across backend systems, middleware, and legacy platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Use analytics and customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.
