Job summary

CelcomDigi Bhd is seeking a Cybersecurity Product Manager to lead the end-to-end productisation lifecycle—from concept through to post-sales operations. You will partner with Product, IT, Network and Operations to ensure strong product support and governance.

You will drive GTM enablement, develop compelling value propositions for target segments, and coordinate cross-functional activities to hit delivery milestones while tracking KPI like revenue and differentiation.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Multimedia, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Product Manager, accountable for end-to-end lifecycle.
• Proven track record running productisation gating and coordinating cross-functionally.
• Exposure in ICT cybersecurity industries and market insights.
• Strong project and stakeholder management across Product, IT, Network, Operations and partner teams.
• Solid technical grounding in Cybersecurity products and market trends.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the end-to-end productisation lifecycle — from concept, build and GTM through to post-sales operations — working closely with Product, Subsidiaries, IT, Network, and Operational teams to ensure product support is in place.


• Support Product GTM to position our solution’s key value and differentiations to target segments


• Support sales enablement in terms of product training, latest product information, roadshows, tradeshow events and others.


• Support partners assessment, onboarding and sourcing governance, including partner agreements.


• Manage product performance based on KPI including revenue, value creation and differentiation.


• Own and continuously improve the productisation life cycle end-to-end, from lead to cash through delivery and operations, as the single point of accountability for the product across its full lifecycle.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Multimedia, Computer Engineering, or equivalent. Cybersecurity certifications, MSc, or MBA would be a great advantage.


• At least 4 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Product Manager, accountable for the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to ready-for-service


• Proven track record running productisation gating and coordinating cross-functionally across departments, partners and vendors


• Exposure in ICT cybersecurity industries and market insights


• Strong project and stakeholder management, coordinating Product, IT, Network, Operations and partner teams to hit delivery milestones


• Solid technical grounding in Cybersecurity products and market trends, able to translate that into commercially compelling propositions


• Clear, confident communicator, comfortable presenting product strategy and roadmap to both technical and business audiences
