Job summary

CelcomDigi is seeking a hands-on GTM & Product executive to drive day-to-day execution of go-to-market plans and the product roadmap. You will turn strategy into launch plans, chasing details across marketing, product, and commercial teams to keep a fast-moving digital brand running smoothly.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Emerging Commerce and cross-functional stakeholders to execute campaigns, coordinate product launches, and track performance against targets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in telco, digital/e-commerce, FMCG, or a fast-paced consumer digital business.
• Experience with GTM execution, product management/coordination, or digital marketing operations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, tech, commercial).

Responsibilities

• Support GTM campaigns for Spark sub-propositions from brief to launch.
• Coordinate with brand, performance marketing, and agency partners to meet timelines.
• Track spend against budget and assist with launch readiness across marketing, product, and IT.
• Assist with product roadmap management, requirements translation, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain and update performance dashboards and conduct market scans.
