Job summary

Aiodin Tech Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is hiring a Product Owner to translate business strategy into executable product plans and drive Agile delivery. You will own the backlog, write user stories with acceptance criteria, and align stakeholders while managing risks to ensure on-time delivery.

Remote work arrangement is offered. A degree in IT/Business Analysis or related fields and strong SAFe experience are required, plus Mandarin and English language skills for cross-team coordination.

• Experience in user journey and functional design for mobile apps and back-office tools.
• Strong ability to work with Engineering teams and translate business needs into functional requirements.

• Experience with Design Thinking and user-centric product design.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Mandarin required, with good English communication skills.

Job Details

• Reports To: COO
• Work Arrangement: Remote
• Nationality: Malaysian only
• Working Days: Monday–Friday
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (may be required to standby when necessary)
