Job summary

PowTech Solution (M) Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced digital platform team in Kuala Lumpur.

You will triage production issues, coordinate across engineering and product, and drive continuous operational improvements across data flows and system dependencies. In this 1-year fixed-term contract, you will build dashboards, manage backlogs, and help standardize workflows.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years as a technical business analyst or product operations specialist.
• Strong knowledge of data flows, backend systems, databases, APIs, and system architecture.
• SQL experience or ability to query databases for issue investigation.
• Experience breaking down complex systems and identifying dependencies.
• Track record managing production issues and backlogs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, accountable.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Understanding of system reliability, data integrity, and operational excellence.
• Strong sense of ownership and teamwork.

Responsibilities
