Job summary

Keysight Technologies seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to bridge business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams, translating needs into scalable digital solutions across manufacturing, analytics, and enterprise digitalization initiatives.

You will define requirements, create user stories, and support Agile delivery, partnering with data engineers, UI/UX, and QA to deliver data-driven, AI-enabled applications that improve KPIs and enable continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• 6-8+ years of experience in business analysis, business systems analysis, product analysis, or similar roles.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in software development teams.
• Strong requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement, process analysis, and solution definition.
• Experience developing user stories, use cases, process models, workflows, and functional specs.
• Solid understanding of SDLC practices.
• Proven ability defining KPIs, dashboards, and analytical use cases.
• Experience with DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Power BI or similar tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams and executives.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, analytics, digital transformation, or AI-enabled solutions is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking to hire a motivated and highly collaborative Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our software development organization. This role serves as the critical bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into scalable digital solutions that deliver measurable business value. You will work across manufacturing, engineering, analytics, and enterprise digitalization initiatives to identify opportunities, define requirements, improve business processes, and support the delivery of modern data-driven and AI-enabled applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, business objectives, and transformation opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, data, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications
