Qualifications

• 2-4 years as a technical business analyst or product operations specialist.
• Strong knowledge of data flows, backend systems, databases, APIs, and system architecture.
• SQL experience or ability to query databases for issue investigation.
• Experience breaking down complex systems and identifying dependencies.
• Track record managing production issues and backlogs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, accountable.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Understanding of system reliability, data integrity, and operational excellence.
• Strong sense of ownership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve production issues while assessing user impact and coordinating with technical teams
• Manage operations backlogs: log, categorize, prioritize issues and report trends to leadership
• Build dashboards tracking support metrics, issue trends, backlog status, and operational KPIs
• Document and prepare submissions for operational approvals and risk management
• Establish feedback loops between customer support, product, engineering, and business teams
• Improve internal workflows, ticketing systems, escalation frameworks, and operational procedures
• Map data flows, user journeys, and system dependencies across platforms
• Work cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and external partners
