TCL SMART DEVICE MALAYSIA is hiring two Product Operations Assistants for smart screens and home appliances. Each will support an assigned product line, handling daily product and sales operations, compiling data, and preparing reports to inform decision-making.

The role involves coordinating with headquarters and local teams, supporting market research, and occasional visits. For home appliances, assist with sales-policy follow-up and channel operations.

Qualifications

• No fixed minimum years of experience; junior candidates with strong learning ability welcome.
• Experience in home appliances, consumer electronics, product operations, sales operations, reporting or data analysis preferred.
• Experience with monitors or tablets particularly relevant to smart screen product line.

Product Operations Assistant – Smart Screens & Home Appliances

We are hiring two Product Operations Assistants, one for smart screens and one for air conditioners, refrigerators and washing machines. Each person will support an assigned product line.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily product and sales operations for the assigned product line.

Compile and analyse operational data and prepare reports.

Coordinate with headquarters and local teams on product and business matters.

Support market research and occasional market or business visits.

For the home appliance product line, assist with sales-policy follow-up and channel or retail operations.

Requirements

No fixed minimum number of years of experience is required. Junior candidates with strong learning ability are welcome.

Experience in home appliances, consumer electronics, product operations, sales operations, reporting or data analysis is preferred.

Experience involving monitors or tablets is particularly relevant to the smart screen product line.

No specific field of study is required.

Language requirements vary by product line:

Smart screens: Chinese working proficiency is required for communication with headquarters and report preparation. Strong Chinese proficiency is an advantage.

Home appliances: Chinese working proficiency is preferred for headquarters communication and reporting. Bahasa Malaysia and English communication skills are required for local coordination.

Working Arrangement

Standard company working schedule.

Mainly office-based, with occasional market or business visits when required.
