Gen is seeking a proactive Product Manager to lead a core fintech platform in our Kuala Lumpur office. You will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with engineering, design, data, and marketing to deliver impactful features on a fast-paced, customer-driven team.

You will synthesize business needs into actionable plans, define success metrics, and communicate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fintech product management or related fields.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Experience communicating complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Own and drive the product roadmap across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing to align with business goals.
• Define metrics and monitor platform performance and reliability.
