Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a Product Manager I in Financial Services to drive end-to-end analysis and delivery for eWallet products. You will understand the ecosystem, gather inputs, write PRDs, manage the backlog, and align features with KPIs and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with Business Owners, Technology, Design, Compliance, Risk, UX, and Operations, leveraging AI tools to accelerate documentation and requirement cycles.

Qualifications

• Analytical and data-oriented mindset.

• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools for research and requirements.
• Experience in Financial Services or fintech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end product analysis and delivery for Financial Services products.
• Build understanding of the wallet ecosystem, partner banks, and regulatory touchpoints.
• Gather inputs, write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain backlog hygiene and link features to KPIs.
• Explain feature impact on user/business metrics and regulatory considerations.
• Use AI tools to accelerate documentation and QA.
• Conduct walkthroughs with stakeholders and align with cross-functional teams.
• Track post-launch performance and iterate roadmap.
