You will own API design principles, monitor reconciliation, and drive performance improvements while navigating regulatory requirements in a fast-paced fintech environment. This is a global role with growth opportunities and a strong emphasis on collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in payment, fintech, infrastructure, or platform product management.
• Familiar with payment channel integration processes and API design.
• Understanding of payment lifecycle concepts: authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with cross-functional ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the product planning and iteration of payment channel integration and infrastructure capabilities.
• Design and optimize scalable integration solutions for multiple methods, regions and partners.
• Collaborate with engineering to build stable, reusable infrastructure services.
• Coordinate with banks, PSPs, and vendors for integration requirements, testing and launch.
• Monitor transaction success rate, latency, system availability and reconciliation accuracy.
• Analyze integration failures and drive root-cause resolution.
• Define operational processes and contingency mechanisms for incidents and failover.
• Work with compliance, operations, risk, and customer support to align with regulations.
