Job summary

TecD Malaysia is seeking a Product Manager who will own the sales and profit targets for the related product groups, driving revenue through marketing programs, sales training, and pre-sales support to maximise returns for TecD and its vendors.

You will coordinate with the Channels Sales Team and partners, analyze markets and customer needs, manage vendor relationships, and prepare reports and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT/Marketing/Business/Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creation and execution of business plans for vendor product groups to achieve revenue targets.
• Implement sales enablement programs and marketing activities to support product objectives.
• Analyze markets, customer needs, and competition.
• Support inventory planning and reporting for commercial decision making.
• Maintain vendor relationships and optimize partner satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Channels Sales Team to ensure optimal sales performance.
• Monitor sales processes, proposals, and pipeline; advise on remedial actions.
