Job summary

Toshiba Sales & Services Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Product Management professional to own the product vision, strategy, and lifecycle. You will lead cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Support & Finance) to deliver products that meet market needs and drive P&L.

Responsibilities include go-to-market planning, portfolio management, inventory coordination with supply chain, and post-launch analysis to optimize strategy and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business/marketing/product management or related field.
• Strong understanding of product planning and portfolio management.
• Experience with market analysis and P&L management.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies and launching new products.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills with ability to identify opportunities and risks.
• Knowledge of inventory, sales planning, PSI, and product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive profitability.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Support & Finance) to deliver products that meet market needs.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new launches with internal teams.
• Monitor product lifecycle from pre-launch to post-launch performance and optimization.
• Collaborate with supply chain and sales to ensure stock planning and aging risk is managed.
• Provide post-launch analysis to iterate on strategy.
