Job summary

TD SYNNEX Malaysia is seeking a Product Manager to drive sales and profitability for our vendor product groups, coordinating marketing programs, sales training, and pre-sales support.

You will work with the TD SYNNEX extended sales team and partners to execute business plans, manage vendor relationships, and deliver insights for commercial decisions. The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a degree, and strong analytical and communication skills, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma required.
• Strong data entry, problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to present and communicate in English and local languages.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing business plans to meet vendor revenue targets.
• Implement sales enablement and marketing programs to support product groups.
• Develop understanding of markets, customers and competition.
• Assist in planning inventory turns and obsolescence minimization.
• Provide reports for commercial decision making.
• Maintain vendor relationships and partner satisfaction.
• Support sales team with processes and pipeline management.
• Keep knowledge of sales processes and partner engagement to guide actions.
