Job summary

Sunway Fintech, part of Sunway Group, seeks an accomplished product leader to define the product vision across fintech lines such as remittance and lending. You will own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization and drive product-led growth.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to close gaps, set KPIs, analyze performance, and translate insights into scalable, user-centric solutions that align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from a reputable university.
• 4–6 years of product management experience, fintech preferred.
• Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems, regulation, and user behavior.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with API integration or open banking is a plus.

Job Duties:

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple Fintech product lines (e.g., remittance, supply chain financing, insurance etc.).
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from opportunity discovery and product development to execution and post‑launch optimization, while driving product‑led growth initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business and system requirement gaps, validate and elicit functional requirements and work with developers to deliver secure, scalable, and user‑centric products.
• Conduct in-depth market and competitor research, identifying trends, white spaces, and new value propositions for financial innovation.
• Lead data‑driven decision‑making by defining KPIs, analyzing product performance, and driving continuous improvement and optimization based on insights and user feedback.
• Serve as a key liaison with stakeholders across business, operations, and C‑level executives to align on product direction and outcomes.
• Work closely with stakeholders, clients and partners to drive product adoption, customer success and revenue growth
• Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges while ensuring that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities.
• Any other tasks assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any related discipline from a reputable university.
• Minimum 4-6 years of product management experience; candidates from Fintech or financial services industry will be prioritized.
• Deep understanding of the Fintech ecosystem, regulatory environment, user behaviour, and emerging technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with API integration, open banking, or financial‑based products will be an added advantage.
