Job summary

Pinecone Technology Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead the financial product system, defining strategy, roadmaps and market analysis to strengthen its competitive stance.

You will draft PRDs, wireframes, and flows, optimize UX and conversions, and work with IT, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and Risk to ensure timely delivery and impact. Applicants should have 5+ years in Product Management within FinTech, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Axure,

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Planning: plan and optimize the financial product system, develop roadmaps and milestones, conduct market/competitor research.
• Product Design & Requirement Analysis: collect user needs, draft PRDs, flows, wireframes and business logic, optimize UX/Conversions.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination & Project Management: collaborate with IT, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and Risk teams; manage rollout and iterations; track progress; establish data-driven improvements.

Responsibility

Product Strategy & Planning

• Responsible for the overall planning and optimization of the company's financial product system.
• Develop the Product Roadmap and milestone goals based on business development needs.
• Conduct competitor research, providing in-depth analysis of market dynamics as well as the strengths and weaknesses of competing products.
• Conduct in-depth research on industry development trends, competitor products, and user needs to continuously enhance product competitiveness.
• Collaborate with management to formulate product strategies and drive product implementation.

Product Design & Requirement Analysis

• Collect and analyze user needs, business requirements, and regulatory requirements.
• Draft PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), Flowcharts, Wireframes, and business logic documents.
• Continuously optimize User Experience (UX) and Conversion Rates.

Cross-Departmental Coordination & Project Management

• Work closely with the IT, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and Risk Management teams.
• Collaborate with and manage the operations team to execute implementation tasks, such as product-related configuration and copywriting.
• Take responsibility for product development, testing, launch, and subsequent iterations.
• Track project progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Establish a data analysis system and continuously optimize the product based on data.
