Job summary

Sunway Fintech, part of Sunway Group, seeks an accomplished product leader to define the product vision across fintech lines such as remittance and lending. You will own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization and drive product-led growth.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to close gaps, set KPIs, analyze performance, and translate insights into scalable, user-centric solutions that align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from a reputable university.
• 4–6 years of product management experience, fintech preferred.
• Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems, regulation, and user behavior.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with API integration or open banking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap across fintech lines.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and elicit functional requirements.
• Perform market and competitor research to identify trends and value propositions.
• Lead data-driven decision making by defining KPIs and analyzing performance.
• Coordinate with business, operations, and C-level executives on direction and outcomes.
• Drive adoption, customer success, and revenue growth with partners.
• Propose innovative solutions aligned with strategic goals and tech capabilities.
