Job summary

Guidelines On Tranglos Look and Feel is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead remittance product strategy and execution. You will own the product roadmap, definitions, and end-to-end lifecycle while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires translating business needs into user stories, driving Agile/Scrum processes, and monitoring product performance to optimize outcomes. Strong API/SQL knowledge is a plus.

Role and Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap, prioritization, and backlog management aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Define product strategy, requirements, and feature initiatives to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and translation into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, designers, and developers to ensure successful product delivery.
• Drive product discovery through customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Lead Agile/Scrum activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and product prioritization decisions.
• Monitor product performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Drive issue investigation and resolution by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, documentation, and training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior product team members and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles within digital, technology, or fintech industries.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience translating business requirements into product specifications and managing competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, user interface design, and user experience principles.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, transaction workflows, SQL, Jira, and related tools.
• Knowledge or experience in Financial Services / Remittance industry is preferred.
