Job summary

Tranglo seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for remittance products and solutions. You will own the product roadmap, define strategy, and collaborate with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, customer-centric remittance offerings.

You will drive discovery through customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis while leading Agile/Scrum processes and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles within digital, technology, or fintech industries.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap, prioritization, and backlog management aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Define product strategy, requirements, and feature initiatives to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and translation into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, designers, and developers to ensure successful product delivery.
• Drive product discovery through customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Lead Agile/Scrum activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and product prioritization decisions.
• Monitor product performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Drive issue investigation and resolution by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, documentation, and training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior product team members and contribute to continuous process improvements.

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience translating business requirements into product specifications and managing competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, user interface design, and user experience principles.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, transaction workflows, SQL, Jira, and related tools.
• Knowledge or experience in Financial Services / Remittance industry is preferred.
