Job summary

A leading nutrition company in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated professional to provide nutritional consultation and assist with product labeling. You will prepare product presentations and ensure compliance with regulations for both local and overseas markets. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Nutrition or Food Technology with at least one year of relevant experience. Strong language skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin are required. This role offers an opportunity to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in the manufacturing field is required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably specialized in food labeling background and regulatory compliance/affairs.

• Provide nutritional consultation and handle related product enquiries (include local and overseas).
• Assist in new and existing product labeling requirements (such as NF, labeling content) for local and overseas.
• Prepare product presentations, product information, articles or any supporting materials for marketing purposes.
• Assist in the preparation of PIF of Food Supplement & Beverages.
• Assist in preparing and revising overseas packaging labeling artwork.
• Conduct and review overseas relevant HACCP & GMP procedures.
• liaise with overseas authorities & regulatory bodies or country IBM to obtain product registration and approvals.
• Responsible for regulatory affairs and monitoring the regulatory trend of overseas, ensuring product compliance.
• Monitor and disseminate information to relevant departments on changes of local and overseas laws and regulations that might affect registration, manufacturing and distribution.
• Monitor overseas product license validity and prepare documentation for product registration in overseas markets.
• Compile and maintain systematic filing of product registration dossiers etc.
• Any ad hoc task assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a degree in Nutrition, Food Technology / Food Science or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the manufacturing field is required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably specialized in food labeling background and regulatory compliance/affairs or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
