Job summary

Bell Ward in Malaysia is seeking a Pre-Sales Manager to lead technical pre-sales activities across enterprise networking, campus networking, wireless infrastructure, network automation, and network management. You will understand customer requirements, design scalable and secure network solutions, and provide technical support throughout the sales lifecycle.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in Enterprise Networking or ICT solutions.
Minimum 3 years in technical pre-sales or solution engineering.
Experience designing enterprise networking solutions for medium to large organisations.
Experience across full sales lifecycle from discovery to tender.
Hands-on with LAN, WLAN, network management and security technologies.
Experience preparing technical responses for RFIs and tenders.

Responsibilities

Engage senior stakeholders to understand objectives and modernization needs.
Lead discovery sessions, workshops, requirements gathering, and design engagements.
Design scalable, secure network architectures for business-critical applications and growth.
Develop and present technical and commercial solution proposals.
Lead PoC activities with objectives, testing plans, and outcome reporting.
Respond to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and tenders with technical clarity.
Collaborate with vendors, distributors, and implementation teams on opportunities.
Support account planning, executive engagements, and industry events.
