Job summary

Hong Leong Bank in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the ASB product line, manage NIM and margins, and align pricing with Shariah principles while improving digital channel performance.

You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle with Agile and design thinking, coordinate the Instalment Revision Exercise, and collaborate with HLISB Financing-i, distribution networks, and marketing to boost revenue and portfolio efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• PSPO certification or commitment to complete upcoming cohort training.

Responsibilities

• Own ASB product line P&L, manage margins, and optimize costs.
• Develop pricing models aligned with value targets and Shariah principles.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle using Agile and design thinking.
• Coordinate Instalment Revision Exercise to drive cost synergies.
• Collaborate with HLISB Financing-i, distribution networks, and marketing.
• Perform deep-dive portfolio analytics and benchmark with Amplitude/Mixpanel.
• Integrate customer feedback and FinTech trends to new features.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulations, data privacy, and governance.
