Job summary

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays in the store.
• Proficient in the local language, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service by understanding customer needs and identifying ownership opportunities.
• Present products and services and educate customers on purchase options.
• Stay up to date on Apple products, services and sales processes.
• Support peers by sharing knowledge and assisting in ownership opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance in daily tasks.
• Perform other duties including customer service across the store.
