Job summary

Delfi Marketing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Product Executive (Marketing - Food Service) to support the FS Manager in achieving sales targets, drive promotional activities, and strengthen our Food Service channel.

You will assist with new product development, handle administrative tasks, respond to customer queries promptly, and collaborate with inter-department teams to ensure effective and efficient service, in line with our goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates or marketing experience welcomed to apply.
• Understanding of HORECA is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proactive, energetic and able to work independently or in a team.
• Must communicate with clients in Mandarin, Malay and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to FS Manager to help meet sales targets and support sales activities.
• Follow up on marketing activities and promotional launches (LTO).
• Develop strategy and promotions for the Food Service Channel to meet brand objectives.
• Respond to customer needs and inquiries in a timely manner and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Assist with new product developments and perform administrative tasks such as transaction recording, filing and inventory.
• Collaborate with inter-department teams to ensure effective and efficient operations.

Product Executive (Marketing - Food Service)

Providing assistance to FS Manager to help meet sales target, as well as ensure efficient sales activities.

Follow up marketing activities/LTO

To development strategy and promotion for Food Service Channel to meet the brand objective.

Satisfy customers needs and request, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.

To assist and support for new product developments in order to meet customer needs. Perform administrative tasks of transaction recording, filing and inventory.

To collaborate with inter-department team to ensure effective and efficiency.

Maintain an updated knowledge of company’s goals, vision and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

Candidates possess at least Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.

Fresh grad or any marketing experience is welcome to apply

Understanding of HORECA will be added as advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationship

Proactive, energetic and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Require language – Mandarin, Malay, English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
