Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or similar field.
• 1–3 years in product management or marketing; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and capable of addressing customer needs.
• Solid marketing knowledge and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies.
• Ensure products meet quality and performance standards from ideation to launch.
• Monitor product performance and analyze customer feedback for improvements.
• Prepare marketing plans and promotional activities aligned with objectives.
• Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery and manage A&P expenditures.
• Maintain relationships with principals and customers and provide regular product updates.
• Identify distribution channels and draw penetration strategies for product lines.
• Stay informed on industry trends and conduct market visits for intelligence.
