Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a production engineer to receive, introduce, and transfer new machines, and to resolve engineering issues during new product testing.

The role covers product testing, DFx, PFMEA, EC management, firmware handling, production flow planning, testing coverage, and collaboration with FAE to improve quality and reduce WIP.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering change (EC) management and firmware handling.
• Strong problem solving during product testing.
• Familiarity with DFx, PFMEA and test tooling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Receive, introduce, and transfer of new machines, resolve engineering related issues during new product testing.
• Product testing, creating DFX, PFMEA, and relevant test tool lists issuance (For NPI stage).
• Verification and introduction, and management of Engineering Change (EC) management of Engineering Versions, Firmware (FW) and documents.
• Resolve engineering and product quality issues during the production process and make continuous improvements.
• Plan and improvise the production flow, testing process, and testing coverage.
• Assist FAE in analyzing product issues, reducing WIP, and improving product quality.

Plan and improvise the production flow, testing process, and testing coverage.

Assist FAE in analyzing product issues, reducing WIP, and improving product quality.

Analyze and improve user-end feedback and quality engineering problems.

Support and assist with vendor technology.
