Job summary

MTEK TECHNOLOGY Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a diploma graduate to join our semiconductor automation team. You will support process and system improvements, assist in developing new semiconductor processes, and conduct product evaluation and testing on customer samples.

You will collaborate with electrical, software and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth integration and help ensure product reliability through thorough testing.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong interest in semiconductor technology, automation, and engineering solutions.
• Hands-on experience in laboratory environments is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor processes and automation systems is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English to communicate with Mandarin-speaking associates and stakeholders.
• Fresh graduates with relevant engineering background are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and improving new processes for semiconductor applications.
• Conduct product evaluation, testing, and analysis for customer samples.
