Job summary

CXS Analytics in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Business Analyst, Product to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements. You will work with engineering, design and stakeholders to ensure features meet user needs and business goals.

You will own discovery, create user stories, and help define success through measurable product metrics, while collaborating across teams to deliver iterative improvements.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and genuine interest in SaaS, technology, products and AI.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery for new features, synthesise feedback into problem statements.
• Analyse product usage data to identify adoption gaps and friction.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Document functional specifications in Confluence.
• Create process flows and user journeys using Lucidchart or Miro.
• Collaborate with Design on wireframes in Figma.
• Track requirement changes and maintain traceability.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning and stand-ups.
• Develop test scenarios from acceptance criteria and verify outcomes.
• Prepare release notes and enablement material.
