Job summary

Flintex Consulting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Product/Business Analyst to contribute to defining and delivering technology-enabled solutions across business units. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or IT.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in digital or IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the successful definition and implementation of technology that delivers meaningful solutions to the Business Units and functions.
• Works with key stakeholders to identify problems, business needs and translates them into meaningful requirements and user stories for the development team.
• Familiar with Agile Scrum activities and working with UIUX, product owners, developers, testers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Conducts analyses of data and reports to identify opportunities for new product enhancements or improvements to existing processes or offerings.
• Assists the product owner with maintaining a healthy product backlog.
• Develops and documents business processes and flow diagrams.
• Provides overall product management support where necessary.
• Keeps abreast of user experience trends and best practices and performs UIUX focus group activities to drive best-in-class user experience of IT’s core products.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate well, influence stakeholders, and manage key relationships.
• Pays high attention to detail and can analyze and conceptualize requirements.
