Job Description – Product Analyst / Business Analyst

We are seeking a confident and proactive Product Analyst/Business Analyst with strong expertise in requirements gathering, product feature analysis, and data-driven decision-making. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and data teams to deliver impactful product enhancements and reporting solutions, with a clear focus on delivering business value and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with a focus on delivering clear business outcomes
• Translate business problems into structured, actionable requirements and solution approaches
• Develop high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Own requirement quality end-to-end, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment to business goals
• Confidently engage with and challenge stakeholders to refine requirements and resolve ambiguity
• Support product backlog prioritization and feature grooming, ensuring value-driven delivery
• Define KPIs and success metrics, and support the design of dashboards and reporting logic
• Use data insights to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and support continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Data teams throughout the Agile lifecycle
• Validate data, features, and user flows during UAT, ensuring solutions meet business needs
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies, and proactively drive resolution

Requirements

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or hybrid PA/BA
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in ambiguous or evolving environments
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and challenge stakeholders across different levels
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including user story creation and sprint ceremonies
• Experience defining KPIs, data mapping, and reporting logic
• Good understanding of data structures, data flows, and system integrations (e.g. APIs, ingestion processes)
• Working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or similar data/reporting tools
• Ability to validate outputs, perform root cause analysis, and ensure solution quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Agile Business Analysis or Product Management
• Experience working on data/reporting or integration programs
• Experience working in complex or fast-paced delivery environments
