Job summary

GrowthOps Asia, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive project delivery, gather requirements, and enhance customer experience across client engagements. You will lead workshops, analyze business processes, and collaborate with a team of Programmers, UI/UX Designers, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to design, test, and deliver effective system solutions.

We value strong problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Marketing, Business Studies/Management, or similar field.
• Minimum of 4 years of working experience as Business Analyst.
• Immediate start is advantageous.
• Experience in a digital / media agency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand complex business landscapes and articulate needs from diverse stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and provide strategic insights for better targeting.
• Evaluate processes, identify improvements, and implement solutions.
• Plan end-to-end project timelines and enforce schedules.
