Job summary
CLEF Beauty is seeking a Product Development Support role in Kuala Lumpur to assist the marketing team with demand research, consumer feedback, and competitive intelligence. - Ability to conduct market research and analyze consumer feedback.
- Support development of product features and formula solutions.
- Maintain documentation and reports for development data.
Responsibilities
- Assist marketing with demand research and competitor information.
- Support creation of product features and formulations for market needs.
- Follow up on trials and pilot production, recording data.
- Coordinate packaging design/material selection for products.
- Develop project schedules and ensure on-time progress.
- Handle admin tasks: documentation, data organization, reporting.
- Communicate with R&D, marketing and suppliers; resolve routine issues.
- Manage sample distribution to Clef Tester collaborators and collect feedback.
- Prepare user guides and provide technical support during testing.
- Analyze testing feedback and assist product improvements.
- Prepare technical documents and support regulatory compliance.
- Assist in training materials and pre-launch technical docs.
