Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Beauty Product Development.
- Proven track record of creating and launching successful product ideas.
- Broad knowledge of skincare and makeup ingredients.
- Ability to keep up with local and international beauty market trends.
- Strong leadership to guide product managers and cross-functional teams.
- Mandarin communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Identify gaps in current product assortment using beauty industry trends.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop product portfolios and POSM briefs.
- Drive ideation for new products and product lines to keep the brand innovative.
- Analyze market and competitor landscape for strategic insights.
- Manage local NPD projects including market research, surveys, and FGD.
- Provide feedback to manufacturers and oversee Product Development Executives.
- Travel to manufacturers across Asia as required.
