Responsibilities

• Support product development by researching demand and gathering feedback
• Assist in creating features and formulas aligned with market needs
• Follow trials, pilot production, and report development data
• Coordinate packaging design and materials selections
• Assist in developing project schedules and ensure on-time progress
• Handle admin tasks: documentation, data organization, reports
• Maintain collaboration with R&D, marketing, and suppliers
• Manage samples for Clef Tester Collaborators and collect feedback
• Assist in analyzing testing data and suggesting product improvements
• Prepare technical documents and ensure regulatory compliance
• Support production and launch activities with materials and training docs
