LUMI HEALTH SDN. BHD. is seeking a Product Development Executive to drive concept to launch, partnering with marketing, suppliers, and training teams. You will manage timelines, budgets, and regulatory tasks while staying ahead on market trends.

The role requires a diploma or degree with 1-3 years in product development or related fields, preferably in beauty. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Create and develop new product concepts from research based on customer needs and trends.
• Prepare product proposals and development plans.
• Assess competitor products and identify upgrade requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams among marketing, creatives, suppliers and support.
• Update NPD files, Go-To-Market plans and product-issue tracking.
• Liaise with copywriters for product and website content creation.
• Conduct product training for retail staff and partners.
• Handle regulatory tasks: product notifications, permits and agreements.
• Respond to product-related customer inquiries.
• Support marketing with social content, KOL seeding and email campaigns.
• Monitor timelines and ensure budgets are respected.
