Job summary

Maxis invites motivated interns to join the Product Development team to gain hands-on experience in testing, billing operations, system migration, and UAT within a fast-paced telecom environment.

You will support testing activities, manage test numbers, assist with UCRs, and contribute to the Billing System Migration project, enabling practical exposure to product development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Product Development, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented with testing and verification abilities.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to learn and adapt to various systems.

Responsibilities

• Test Number Verification across staging and production environments.
• Raise bill waivers for test numbers on a monthly basis.
• Assist UCR User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and PPV activities.
• Run one UCR end-to-end test, where applicable.
• Assist with UAT for Billing System Migration and end-to-end testing.
