Job summary

Menara Maxis in Malaysia is seeking a Product Development Intern to gain hands-on experience in product testing, billing operations, system migration, and UAT within a fast-paced telecom environment.

You will support testing activities, manage test numbers, assist with UCRs, and contribute to the Billing System Migration project while developing problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to verify data and results.
• Able to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to new processes.

Responsibilities

• Test Number Verification across staging and production environments.
• Raise bill waivers for test numbers on a monthly basis.
• Assist UCR UAT and PPV activities for the Product Development team.
• Run end-to-end UCR testing to gain practical experience.
• Support UAT for Billing System Migration and ensure smooth migration.
