EXCEL HERBAL INDUSTRIES SDN BHD is seeking a Product Development Executive to drive end-to-end nutraceutical and functional food product development. You will transform client inquiries, market trends and consumer insights into innovative formulations from concept through registration.

You will collaborate with R&D, Regulatory and Sales teams, research ingredients, and translate insights into viable product concepts while managing timelines and client communications for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in nutraceuticals, functional foods, food science, formulation or a related product development environment.
• Knowledge of product development processes, ingredients, specifications, efficacy and functionality.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and product registration for nutraceutical or functional food products.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to translate market and consumer insights into viable product concepts.
• Strong collaboration, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare structured proposals and communicate technical information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
