Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years in semiconductor product development or test engineering.
• Strong digital/analog circuit knowledge with FPGA experience.
• Proficient in TCL and PERL; strong debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and mentoring across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, verify, and optimize full-chip test methodologies.
• Design and implement automated test equipment (ATE) programs.
• Lead first-silicon debug activities and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with design, software, manufacturing, and product engineering.
• Drive test cost reductions and production stability improvements.
• Develop HMDT & UFP test modules and convert test patterns.
