Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience defining and executing system-level, platform, silicon, or product validation plans and test methods.
• Experience developing automated test, regression, or verification scripts; data analysis; and debugging to root cause.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, methods, execution, data analysis, and automation for FPGA, transceiver, and multi-chip packages.
• Validate IP subsystems and ensure coverage within specifications.
• Debug root causes from production rejects or customer failures and implement fixes to improve quality.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, silicon validation, and manufacturing teams to evaluate performance under varying conditions.
• Create platform validation documentation including risk assessments, test plans, and reports.
