Job summary

Ethye Sdn. Bhd. is seeking applicants to support GMP-compliant manufacturing processes in Kuala Lumpur.

The role covers bulk testing, final test procedures, and meticulous documentation of GMP processes and batch records. You will handle retained samples, BMR data entry, and ensure proper calibration of instruments within the GMP area. You will also inspect incoming materials, manage documentation for material receiving, and coordinate sample submissions to external laboratories on schedule,

Responsibilities

• To perform bulk testing and final processing testing on products manufactured.
• To manage all GMP documents, making sure documents related to GMP procedure are all well documented and kept.
• To manage retained samples which will be stored in humidity chamber for 3 months.
• To issue BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) and to key in data from BMR once production is complete.
• To perform inspection for incoming raw material and packaging material and to ensure GMP-related documents on material receiving are well documented.
• To send retained samples for external lab check periodically according to inspection schedule.
• To manage instruments calibration.
• To manage GMP area instrument and device condition.
• To ensure flow of goods/workers within GMP area are good and free of obstruction.
• To meet with GMP officials during annual/bi-annual inspection.
• To participate in any formulation activity from concept discussion to item production.
• To be able to participate in discussion with customers on conceptualizing formulation with supervision.
