Job summary

Intersurgical Medical Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Control Inspector to verify packing list information, inspect incoming raw materials and components for conformance, and document results according to strict SOPs.

The role includes preparing documentation, releasing products to the next process, maintaining QC records, and supporting sample evaluations or investigations under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Verify information provided on packing list with physical count to ensure incoming accuracy
• Inspect incoming raw materials and/or components for conformance and document results per SOP
• Generate acceptance labels for incoming materials/ components
• Prepare relevant documentation and perform finished product/ outgoing inspections per requirements
• Document the inspection results on a timely basis in the relevant QC records
• Release product on a timely basis to the next process
• Report non-conforming materials/ components to Quality Manager
• Support on sample evaluations during verifications/ validations run
• Support on customer samples evaluations or complaint investigation and to review and approve label inspection for the work order
• Responsible for keeping QC records and maintain G-1 Files, participate in all employee training meetings, participate in maintaining personal training records and responsible for keeping calibration records
• Any other assignments as directed by the immediate supervisor or their designee
