Job summary

Ensemble Labs is a boutique digital studio delivering product design, UX/UI, branding, and design system automation. We are seeking a Product Designer to translate client needs into well-structured digital experiences.

The role centers on UX/UI and product design, with exposure to research and automation due to our small team. You’ll work across briefs, wireframes, websites, dashboards, and internal tools, while maintaining organized Figma files and contributing to design systems iteration.

Ensemble Labs is a boutique digital studio working across product design, UX/UI, branding, design system automation and strategy.

We're looking for a Product Designer to help us turn client needs into well-designed, well-organised digital projects.

The role is primarily UX/UI and product design, but because we're a small team, you'll also get exposure to research and automation.

What we're looking for

• Most importantly, we're looking for someone with good design fundamentals and strong organisation.
• Solid UX/UI and digital product design foundations
• Good visual judgment, layout and typography
• Comfortable working in Figma and Creative Cloud Suite
• Structured and organised
• Curious and able to research and adapt
• Comfortable solving problems without always waiting for detailed instructions
• Good spoken and written English

Good to have

• Webflow and/or Framer skills
• AI tools and AI-assisted workflows
• No-code and automation tools
• HTML/CSS or basic development knowledge

Who this suits

We're a small company, you'll probably enjoy the role if you like having some autonomy, working across different projects, learning new tools and taking work further than simply handing over a Figma file.

We're also fairly flexible in how the position evolves based on your strengths and interests.

Experience & setup

We're mainly looking for a junior to mid-level profile, 2-5 years of experience, but actual ability matters more than years.

Freelance, startup, agency and strong personal project experience all count.
