Job description

Own design at Cleve. You'll shape how more than 40,000 people experience their AI second brain, from core editor interactions to onboarding flows and marketing surfaces. You'll work directly with Ash, our CEO, with a real seat at the product table. What you decide is what ships.

What you'll be doing

• Lead design across the product, from early concepts to pixel-perfect Figma specs
• Own the design system and keep web and mobile visually coherent
• Run user research and turn insights into product improvements
• Work closely with engineering so quality survives implementation
• Design key marketing surfaces, landing pages, and brand touchpoints

What we're looking for

• Strong Figma skills and a portfolio that shows product thinking, not just aesthetics
• Experience designing complex interactive UIs such as editors, dashboards, or productivity tools
• Speed. You move from rough concept to detailed spec without losing the thread

Nice to have

• Experience at an early-stage startup or as the solo designer on a product
• Motion design and micro-interaction sensibilities
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
