Job summary

Shortcut is seeking a Product Designer who can thrive in fast-paced environments and juggle multiple projects across web and mobile apps for fintech, loyalty, D2C, energy, crypto, and banking clients. You’ll collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to bring ideas to life, ship fast, and design experiences that are both beautiful and functional.

This role requires ownership of the full design lifecycle, strong communication, and proficiency in Figma.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product/UI/UX design.
• Proficient in Figma and modern design workflows.
• Able to work independently and take full ownership of your projects.
• Experience working in fast-paced or agency environments.
• Strong communicator — can articulate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively.
• Bonus: experience building or maintaining design systems.

Responsibilities

• Design clean, intuitive interfaces across web and mobile.
• Own the full design lifecycle: research, wireframes, UI, and developer hand-off.
• Work directly with engineers and product managers to ship high-quality work, quickly.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems.
• Handle multiple client projects with overlapping timelines.
• Balance speed and polish — quality matters, but so does shipping.

You'll be working across a range of web and mobile apps — from 01 product builds to UX revamps — for clients in fintech, loyalty, D2C, energy, crypto, and banking. You won’t be stuck on one product or vertical. You’ll collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to bring ideas to life, ship fast, and design experiences that are both beautiful and functional.
