iSoftstone Malaysia is seeking a Product Designer / UX Designer to own end-to-end product design from discovery to high-fidelity UI. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Business teams to balance user needs with regulatory and technical constraints.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for web/platform products.
• Experience designing complex workflows (fintech, SaaS, dashboards, internal tools).
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools).
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process across platforms (merchant portals, internal tools, partner dashboards).
• Translate complex payment, compliance, and operational workflows into clear, intuitive user journeys.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma or equivalent tools.
• Design for scalability across multiple products, markets, and user personas.
• Partner with Product Managers to conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews.
• Identify pain points in existing workflows and propose design improvements backed by data and insights.
• Validate design solutions through testing and iteration.
• Work closely with Engineering to ensure design feasibility, clarity, and quality in implementation.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure designs meet regulatory, security, and operational requirements.
• Support product launches by providing design assets, specs, and post-launch improvements.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Business teams to design experiences that balance user needs, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints.

Key Responsibilities

Product & UX Design

• Own the end-to-end design process across MetaComp’s platforms (merchant portals, internal tools, partner dashboards).
• Translate complex payment, compliance, and operational workflows into clear, intuitive user journeys.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma or equivalent tools.
• Design for scalability across multiple products, markets, and user personas.

• Experience designing complex workflows (e.g. fintech, SaaS, enterprise, dashboards, internal tools).
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools).
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is required for effective collaboration with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and cross-regional teams.

Nice‑to‑Have

• Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or regulated industries.
