Job summary

Wonderchat is hiring a Product Designer to shape marketing pages and core product experiences. You will iterate on landing pages, craft flows for new features, and work within our design system to ensure consistency.

You’ll deliver production-ready pages using Framer and AI-assisted workflows, while collaborating with engineering to align designs with real code. You’ll bring 3+ years designing digital products, strong AI design and Figma skills, and comfort shipping in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing digital products.
• Strong AI Design and Figma skills within an existing design system.
• Hands-on Framer experience to build and publish polished pages.
• Experience shipping designs into production with AI tooling.
• Experience designing dashboards or complex internal surfaces.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping.
• Working English with real-time collaboration with SG teams.
• Familiarity with React, Tailwind, Next.js to read designs in code.
• Experience designing for AI products and interactive UI.
• Motion and interaction design is a plus.
• Skilled at using Claude MCPs and Cursor.

Responsibilities

Job description

We're looking for a product designer who is equally comfortable on both sides of the business. Design here isn't decoration at the end of a process. It's how we decide what to build and how quickly we can ship it. You'll work on the marketing surface—our website and landing pages where prospects form their first opinion of us—and on the product itself. When we write new PRDs and scope new features, you're in the room. You'll shape flows before they get built and pressure-test what engineering releases before it reaches customers.

Key responsibilities

Design, build, and iterate on landing pages for campaigns, new features, and new customer segments

Work inside our existing design system: use the components, respect the tokens, and extend the system properly when something genuinely new is needed

Own the visual consistency of the site as it grows, so page 40 still feels like page 1

Ship pages in Framer, and where the page lives in our production codebase, use AI-assisted workflows to get it there in clean, production-ready code

Iterate based on what actually converts, not just what looks good in the file

Partner on new PRDs from the start: turn rough problem statements into flows, wireframes, and prototypes that make the tradeoffs visible

Design internal and admin-facing surfaces (dashboards, configuration, analytics, agent training and knowledge management) where density, clarity, and edge cases matter more than polish

Review what engineering builds against the design intent and flag gaps before release

Maintain and evolve the design system as the product surface expands

Use AI tooling as a core part of your workflow: generating variants quickly, translating designs into code, and reducing the distance between designed and live

About you

3+ years designing digital products, with a portfolio that shows both marketing pages and real product work

Strong AI Design, Figma skills, including working fluently inside an existing design system (components, variants, tokens, auto layout)

Hands-on Framer experience: you can build and publish a polished, responsive, interactive page without engineering help

Demonstrated ability to ship design into production code using AI tooling (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, or your own stack)

Experience designing internal or complex product surfaces such as dashboards, admin panels, configuration flows, or B2B SaaS tooling

Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping. You'll get a problem and a deadline, not a spec

Working English, and enough overlap with SGT for real-time collaboration

Familiarity with React, Tailwind, or Next.js, enough to read the code your designs become (nice to have)

Experience designing for AI products: chat interfaces, agent configuration, evaluation, citations, confidence and error states (nice to have)

Motion and interaction design (nice to have)

Skilled at using Claude MCPs and Cursor to ship design features quickly
