Job summary

JEB Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Product Controller & Sales Support to help coordinate sales and product management, handling data, reports, and supplier information. This is a full-time role that supports our commercial operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain product databases, prepare sales forecasts, generate performance metrics, and assist with supplier communications. Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative or product support role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong data management capabilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data analysis.
• Collaborative approach across departments; inventory management knowledge is desirable.
• Customer service mindset with proactive problem-solving; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate product information from supplier catalogues.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and product-related documentation.
• Create and maintain a structured product database (SKU, specs, pricing, descriptions, images).
• Maintain finishes library for all brands and types of finishes (physically and online).
• Standardize and categorize product data for data integration; validate data before system updates.
• Coordinate product info for sales presentations and marketing materials.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Develop data entry guidelines and naming conventions; perform data quality audits.
• Coordinate with suppliers for missing or updated product details.
• Process sales orders; ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
• Liaise between sales, suppliers, product management and operations to resolve queries.
• Maintain product databases and customer records; assist with sales forecasting and cost-saving analyses.
• Handle customer enquiries and prepare mock-up samples and color confirmations for clients.
• Discuss feasibility of customized products; learn new products from supplier range.
• Manage administrative tasks including filing, scheduling and expense tracking.
