Job summary

Wiwynn Corporation in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance lead to coordinate the PQA team, resolve production quality issues, and ensure timely closure with effective corrective actions.

You will collect and analyze yield data, drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams, lead customer quality audits (QPA and QSA), address quality-related customer requirements, establish control plans, review RMA trends, perform FAI reports, and guide PQA engineers to sustain high manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the PQA team to resolve production quality issues and ensure timely issue closure with effective corrective actions.
• Collect, analyze and review product yield rates; drive continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Lead and support customer Quality Process Audits (QPA) and Quality System Audits (QSA).
• Handle customer quality complaints and coordinate internal teams to investigate, respond and close issues.
• Assist Manufacturing Product Management (MPM) in addressing customer quality-related requirements and expectations.
• Establish and maintain quality control plans; ensure manufacturing processes comply with defined control plan requirements.
• Review RMA status and trends, and drive improvement actions to reduce recurrence.
• Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) and prepare complete FAI reports according to customer requirements.
• Lead weekly FPY (First Pass Yield) review meetings with customers to monitor performance and align on quality targets.
• Manage and guide PQA engineers, including manpower planning, job scope review and performance effectiveness.
